The background check company, ADP Screening and Selection Services, will prepare the background report. ADP is located at 301 Remington Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524 and can be reached at 800.367.5933. You may view the file that ADP has for you, and order a copy of the file, upon submitting proper identification and paying copying costs, by visiting their offices during normal business hours and on reasonable notice, or by mail. You may also ask for a file-summary by phone. ADP can answer questions about information in your file, including any coded information. If you visit in person, another person may accompany you so long as that person can show proper identification.

EMPLOYMENT AT WILL
Employment with The Bay Club Company is employment at will. Employment at will means that the employment relationship may be terminated at the will of either the employer or the employee. Employment may be terminated with or without cause at any time by you or by Bay Club.
